Return and Refund Eligibility

Since our offerings are service-based (such as website development, SEO management, and online marketing services), completed services are non-refundable. However, we offer the following options if you are dissatisfied with our work:

1. Service Modification: If you are not completely satisfied with the service delivered, we will work with you to adjust the project as per the agreed scope and requirements.
2. Partial Refunds: In specific cases where service has commenced but not completed, a partial refund may be issued. The amount refunded will depend on the stage of project completion and the services rendered up to that point.
3. Service Credits: Alternatively, we may offer service credits, which can be used for future services provided by MWE.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

For certain services that require prepayment (e.g., monthly retainers for SEO and digital marketing), you may cancel by providing a 30-day notice. If services are prepaid, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of services rendered.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations are subject to the terms of the service agreement signed at the start of the project, including any applicable notice period or early termination fees.

Exclusions

No refunds are provided for the following:

• Fully completed projects or services
• Customized services, where work has been completed per client specifications
• Subscription-based services after the start of a new billing cycle
